This consisted of developing their online presence through Facebook, twitter, blog outreach, contests and promotions. We consistently updated their social media strategy to incorporate new elements and continue to grow the communities reach. Merrell now has over 65,000 Facebook fans, 7,000 Twitter followers and 270,000 YouTube views. What’s more is that these are not just numbers, but active and engaged fans.
